A flexible build plan
Use monthly visits or useful milestones. The plan rate applies from your first planned visit. There is no minimum number of visits: pay for each visit separately and pause or stop future bookings when needed.
Coordinate the dates with the work on site. A useful record depends on what will still be visible, not simply on how long it has been since the last visit.
A single useful visit
Choose one visit when a particular stage is worth preserving, even if you do not need a wider schedule. The recording features and included 12 months’ hosting are the same.
Each home is booked separately. A property’s planned floor area includes its levels, garages and covered patios; the size of the plot is not the floor-area band.

What does a standard visit cover?
One home up to 600 m², no more than two levels and its immediate exterior. Separate buildings, wider site coverage and larger homes are not currently available. Agree safe access and the recording route before the visit.
How is travel charged?
Travel up to 20 km one way by road from our base near George is included. Add R350 for over 20–40 km or R700 for over 40–60 km. Each charge includes the return journey. For Garden Route sites beyond 60 km, we confirm the travel price before you arrange a visit.
Are there any automatic monthly charges?
No. Pay for each visit separately. A flexible build plan has no minimum number of visits, and you can pause or stop future bookings. Each home is booked separately.
Is hosting renewal included in the visit price?
Included hosting lasts throughout a plan and for 12 months after its final visit, or 12 months for a single visit. Optional renewal is currently R1 200 per property per year for up to 25 GB and starts only if you accept it. A presentation drive is a future optional extra, with pricing still to be confirmed.
