A worker recording exposed services and timber framing with a 360-degree camera

From a site visit
to your private replay.

A dated 8K 360° video record of visible work. Here’s how we agree the visit, record the site and help you return to the details later.

A clearer view of your build,
wherever you are.

We record your home at agreed construction stages. Revisit the spaces filmed, compare dated visits and share details with your project team—even after later work covers them.

Recorded with Insta360 360° cameras.

Record the visible work.

We walk the agreed safe, accessible areas with a 360° camera. Rooms, levels and the immediate exterior become a dated record of what was visible.

We identify areas we could not access. Recording cannot fill in hidden spaces or replace checks by your qualified professionals.

Return to a dated visit.

Open the prepared record in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Play or pause, use the timeline, look around and zoom in at a recorded moment.

Playback follows the camera route. You cannot move into a space that was never filmed, and zoom cannot recover a detail the camera did not capture.

Show the detail you mean.

Save a screenshot, mark the detail and share that view with your project team. Refer to the same place and stage when discussing the work.

You choose who receives your record. Keep screenshots and downloads private; once sent to someone else, they cannot be recalled.

Follow your build.

Review your recorded visits on a phone, tablet or computer when you cannot be on site.

Before it’s covered.

Keep dated views of visible pipes, wiring and structural work before later stages cover them.

Share a clear view.

Share a dated screenshot so your builder, architect or project manager can see the detail you mean.

Plan later changes.

Use earlier views alongside your project team’s drawings when discussing maintenance or alterations.

A few useful answers.

How do we choose the right moment?

Tell us your current stage, approximate home size and site location. You can begin even if construction is already underway. Discuss timing with your builder before the next layer covers the work. Access, the route and the full visit price are agreed before the visit.

Can I move anywhere in the recording?

Your record follows the route filmed. Play or pause, look around and zoom at a recorded moment. You cannot move into a space that was never filmed. 8K describes the captured video; visibility, playback quality and your screen affect what you can see.

How long can I access and download my record?

Prepared recordings, backups and a downloadable copy are included. Hosting continues throughout a visit schedule and for 12 months after its final visit. A single visit includes 12 months. Original video can be downloaded during the 90 days after capture. Save the copies you want to keep before their download windows end.

What happens when included hosting ends?

We contact you before access ends. Optional renewal is currently R1 200 per property, per year, for up to 25 GB, and starts only if you accept it. Larger archives retain their included download; renewal above 25 GB is not currently available.

Does a recording confirm the quality of the work?

No. Site Replay provides a visual record, not inspection, certification or technical sign-off. Work already covered before a visit stays hidden. Your builder, architect and qualified professionals remain responsible for assessing the work.

Plan the visit before the work is covered.

Tell us where your build is and which stage comes next. We can discuss whether a recording would be useful.
